You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, including copyright, to reproduce any artwork, text, or files provided to us for printing. Indu Printers reserves the right to refuse to print any material deemed illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.

4. Proofs and Approvals

For custom printing work, we may provide a digital or physical proof for your approval before final production begins. It is your responsibility to check the proof carefully for layout, text accuracy, and color intent. Once a proof is approved, Indu Printers is not liable for errors present in the approved proof.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising in connection with our services, are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
